Nomination Instructions

This annual awards program recognizes current military, postal, and federal civilian employees for their individual and team accomplishments both in the work place and the community at large. The performance being recognized must have occurred during 2018.
(2018 finalists may not be nominated again for the same category. Employees can only be nominated for no more than three categories (team or individual).

One award will be presented in each of the following categories:

NEW FOR 2019

Beginning this year, the EIG awards nominees will not compete based upon the size of their agency.  Each nominee will be competing against other nominees within their Paygrade, Payband, Wage Grade, or military rank.  The tables below provides a detailed breakdown of each category and award type.

SUBMISSIONS: You have the option of submitting nominations packages using the links below (INDIVIDUAL, TEAM, OR CFC) or via paper & e-mail. 

Paper nomination packages must include an approved cover sheet and a typed narrative (not to exceed two pages), which specifically addresses the criteria specified in the instructions and nomination form.  Below is the Nomination form for both the EIG and CFC Awards Program.
